Return policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting your RA number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.


6. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.


7. Exceptions:
